Greetings: My interests include art, public education, health, nutrition and gardening. Although not an herbalist in the strict sense, I do have a strong interest in the health and medicinal benefits of plants.  In my personal life, nutrition and the study of medicinal herbs is an extension of backyard gardening.  As I get older, I find it interesting to look at ways to be self sufficient.  I seek a simple life enjoying family, art, gardening and trips to the pacific shore.
